Paul is an experienced executive coach with 15 years’ expertise in this field, having coached 300 professionals - most of whom are at CEO, Director and Senior Manager level. 

He is qualified in the interpretation and feedback of: 

• Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)
• Myers Briggs Type Indicator
• Strength Development Inventory (SDI)
• 360 Degree Feedback

In addition, he is also licensed to carry out:

• Assessment and Development Centres
• Behavioural Interviews
• Assessment of the culture in an organisation

Paul also has a knowledge and understanding of Local Government, having been a County and District Councillor in Gloucestershire where he has led a large team of councillors. He also understands French. 

Paul was Training Manager for a blue chip company before specialising in leadership development and setting up his own business. Clients have described Paul as approachable, patient, encouraging and with a clear eye for results.

Paul Hodgkinson BA (Hons), MAC, has 25 years of business and training experience in both the private and public sectors.

He is an Associate Tutor with Roffey Park Institute, an Associate Coach with the Hay Group, both of whom are leaders in their fields, and is a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC).
